We are excited to announce that we will soon make important improvements and upgrades to our data processing system. This upgrade will take place the weekend of July 30 and July 31, 2011.

With these changes the credit union will become fully integrated into the family of credit unions that have combined with Self-Help Federal Credit Union. Following the conversion weekend, the credit union will assume the new brand identity and name: Community Trust, a division of Self-Help Federal Credit Union. You will begin to see this new logo on all credit union correspondence.

Also with these changes, you will have access to additional credit union branches located in San Jose, Modesto, Riverbank, Bakersfield, Porterville, and Lamont. And you will have access to an expanded selection of financial products and services, which will include a new home banking platform, a new telephone banking system, and online bill payment services.

A new Schedule of Fees will become effective after the conversion. We encourage you to review this schedule to see how the new fees may affect the services you use most often. Please note that fees may change again, as we move to align fees statewide before year end.
Though there should be no disruption in business hours of service,to successfully complete this upgrade, online banking and telephone access will be unavailable beginning Friday, July 29 at 5:00 pm through Monday, August 1 at 6:00 am. You may experience some disruptions to your ATM and debit card transactions during this period, as well. Please be sure to have optional payment methods available, such as cash or a credit card, during the upgrade weekend.

We apologize in advance for this inconvenience. Our service disruption is temporary, but necessary to provide expanded financial services and service locations.
